Heilongjiang DEWO Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) was established on August 19, 2009, with a registered capital of RMB 30 million. It is a modern, technology-driven enterprise group specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of agricultural machinery and equipment. The Group currently holds controlling interests in three subsidiaries, including Beigu Agriculture and Xinjiang DEWO, and has deep expertise in areas such as full-process potato mechanization, seeding machinery, straw-management equipment, harvesting machinery, and other modern agricultural technologies. The company boasts a robust R&D foundation and a well-established product application system.

The Group has established two major R&D and production bases in Heilongjiang Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, covering a total area of 200,000 square meters. It currently employs more than 400 staff, including over 70 professional and technical personnel, with R&D activities spanning 11 key fields and 20 distinct technological directions. To date, the company has been granted a total of 155 national patents, including 15 invention patents, and has spearheaded or participated in more than 40 major national, provincial, and municipal research and industrialization projects.

The Group is a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche, specialized, and innovative fields, as well as a national high-tech enterprise. It continuously invests in R&D of intelligent equipment technologies and optimizes product performance. The Group has independently developed an electric-drive high-speed seeder, completed multiple rounds of technological upgrades and iterations, and expanded its product portfolio to better meet industry needs. Its potato planting and baling machine product lines rank among the leaders in the industry in terms of market presence and application scale.
